ABOUT

Hello, I am a Goalie in the midwest. I play Women's lacrosse at the High school level. I depended on the internet while first learning my new position. When I became a goalie I received very little information as to actually play in the goal. My coach gave me a stick and said, "keep the ball out of the goal". Obviously that's not enough information to be a successful Women's lacrosse goalie. So I grabbed my computer and went on the Internet and searched how to play the position. Many articles and videos that popped up were for mens lacrosse but they still seemed to get the job done. Now, one and a half years later, I finished a high school season with a 63% save average.

Since I learned a lot of useful information about being a goalie from the internet, I decided to make a blog so others can find great Information too!

Good goalie gloves are needed for protection of the fingers and hand. As a goalie, you put yourself at the risk of getting hit in the thumb by a fast moving lacrosse ball.
